Quick FAQs
1. Is NJMCDirect the only official site?
Yes—use only the NJ Courts portal (NJMCDirect) or your municipal court; avoid look‑alike “ticket pay” sites.
2. What if my ticket doesn’t appear online?
Use Municipal Court Case Search or call the court/609‑421‑6100; very new tickets or those marked “Court Appearance Required” may not be payable online.
3. Can I change my court date through NJMCDirect?
For many cases you can request a new date or plea by mail through Municipal Case Resolution or by contacting the municipal court directly.
Are you trying to pay a ticket now or figure out whether to plead guilty or not guilty before using NJMCDirect?
